Already done the 30 Day Shred? Try Jillian Michaels new Ripped in 30!


Ripped in 30 follows a similar concept to Jillian’s 30 Day Shred, featuring 4 levels of workouts (Shred included 3), incorporating her 3-2-1 interval system (3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs; Repeat).

Each week is a new workout that is progressively more difficult. To adapt to various fitness levels of users, each workout provides modified moves for the beginner to the advanced.

Each workout is 24 minutes including warm-up and cool-down.

A new feature that was not included with the 30 Day Shred, is the Ripped in 30 Meal Plan. You’ll have the ability to download a meal plan from Jillian’s site which contains simple and easy recipes. Ten options for each meal are included (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner). All meals are approximately 400 calories, snacks are 200. Vegetarian and vegan options also included.

Ripped in 30 was created utilizing the feedback received from the 30 Day Shred, so it’s better than ever. You can even mix and match between the 2 series!

Differences between Ripped in 30 and the 30 Day Shred:

Who is Jillian Michaels?

What is the 30 DAY SHRED?


The 30 Day Shred is a 30 day program consisting of a 3-2-1 interval system with the first 10 days, middle 10 days and final 10 days all providing varying degrees of intensity. Jillian’s system combines strength, cardio and core exercises to burn serious calories for a 30 day shred.

Contents:
The program includes three 20 minute workouts (slightly longer when taking into account warm-up and cool-down):

Program:
1st 10 days: Level 1
2nd 10 days: Level 2
3rd 10 days: Level 3

Each workout contains:
2 minute warm-up
Three 6 minute circuits
2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of abs.

Difficulty:
It isn’t easy, but would you see results if it was? The workouts progress in intensity, the last DVD making even the most fit sore.
